My part of the christmas trade with an old old old watcher of mine. Been with me for a loooooong time, though I was wondering where she'd been off to lately.

The picture got a bit curled and stuff, but I did my best to straighten it out. I also tried out a different colouring style for the mirror reflection to make it more... well, mirror-y.

Anyone who didn't see this one coming (judging from her wishlist) oughtta be either blind or new to this gallery.

Marche Radiuju was a quiet obvious choice seeming I hearts that guy. He's awesome. Anywho-

The picture is set after the game itself. Marche has returned to the real world, everything is normal - or is it?
The memory of Ivalice still rests within his heart. This dreamworld changed him - evolved him so much. Ivalice will be a part of Marche forever, because of the way Ivalice turned Marche into who he is today. Is it not more fitting, that Marche would - when facing the mirror - see the strong soldier of Clan Nutsy rather than the weak young schoolboy bullied daily and without any skill? Is it not more appropriate to see the willstrong warrior rather than the doubtfull young man of the past?

I think it is. There is simply too much left behind in Ivalice - friends, memories.

In my world, the main characters still go to Ivalice - where they sleep. Which is why the game can continue. Ivalice is a dream - and now it is A DREAM and not reality as well.

It might seem a tiny bit less deep than the other christmas trades, but it means something for me, and I'm sure it would mean something for anyone who's played the game.
